Theresa married to John Jackson Cozad, son of Henry COZAD and Margaret CLARK. They had six children, but only two survived to adulthood.

CHILDREN:
1-John Anthony COZAD (aka Frank SOUTHRN) (1863-1933)

2-Robert Henry COZAD (aka Robert HENRI; famous painter) (1865-1929)

Theresa and John, after Oct 1882, through an unfortunate affair, moved the family from their residence of about 10 years in, Cozad, NE. Father, Mother and 2 sons, changed their names to become incognito. "Mr. Cozad became Richard Henry Lee, Mrs. Cozad became Tessa Lee, John Anthony Cozad became Frank Southrn (correct spelling) and Robert became Robert Earle Henri (pronounced Hen-rye; middle name later dropped)"
