Anthony made his will in the fall of 1628. In the will, he mentions wife Anne, sons Simon, John and Anthony, daughter Phebe, daughters Susan Whiting and Anne Lovering, brothers (in law) Henry and Ezekiel Sherman. The will shows that he was indeed well-to-do. He had houses in three different towns, mentions farm land in addition to the homes, and bequeaths over 150 pounds to his children. Anthony died before July 1629. Anthony's wife, Anne, remarried, Thomas Wilson.
