Obituary: Elizabeth Lazenby Nielson, 84, of Loa, Utah, passed away November 7, 2004.

Born April 10, 1920, in Aurora, Sevier Co., Utah to Moroni Lazenby and Rosa May Stewart. Married LeRoy Nielson, July 16, 1942.

Survivors include her husband, LeRoy, four daughters and one son, Edith (Ross) Brown, Monroe, Utah; Elva (Jerry) Jackson, Fremont, Utah; Cliff (Sallie) Nielson, VanCouver, WA; Maxine (Doug) Pearce, North Aurora, IL; and Shirley (Thomas) Labonte, Riverton, Utah; 19 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren, and three sisters, Koa Morrill, Bertha Jensen and Barbara Fredrickson.

She was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother who will be deeply missed. Beth enjoyed embroidering pillowcases and helping with the extraction program for the LDS church.

Our family would like to express our gratitude to Lenore and Vaughn and their staff for their constant care of our mother.

Services will be held Saturday, Nov. 13, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at the Union Park 7th Ward, 1211 East 7800 South. Friends and loved ones may call at Memorial Mortuary, 5850 S. 900 E. on Friday evening from 6-8 p.m. and one hour prior to services at the church. Interment will be at Mountain View Memorial Cemetery, 3115 E. 7800 S.
