Mrs. Bazzell died at 8:05 a.m. Monday at Western Baptist Hospital.
She was a member of Broadway Church of Christ.
Surviving are her daughter, June Bazzell of Paducah; one niece and two nephews.
Mrs. Bazzell was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Howard Bazzell; one daughter, Patricia Bazzell; and three sisters. Her parents were Ollie and Viola Stevens Boyd.
