Bernice Schroeder, 86, of Pflugerville, previously of Robinson, Texas, passed away Saturday, November 3, 2012, at Heatherwilde Assisted Living. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, November 7, at Waco Memorial Park with the Rev. Richard Rust officiating. Burial will follow. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, November 6, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home
Bernice was born in Marlin, Texas, to the late Rudolph and Ida Lange.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Schroeder; and a son, Darrell Schroeder.
She is survived by daughter, Cynthia Alexander and husband, Jim, of Hutto, Texas; son, Kenneth Schroeder and wife, Anne, of Alexandria, Va.; grandchildren, Melanie Diaz, Kristin Alexander, Glenn Schroeder; great-granddaughter, Maggie Diaz; sisters, Ruth Mandel, Esther Manthei, Eileen Vanous and Dorothy Reaves; and numerous other relatives and many friends.
