CLARENCE McMASTERS
Clarence Basil McMasters, 72, of 102 Carson Road died Friday at Wesley Long Community Hospital after a brief illness.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Hanes-Lineberry North Elm Street Funeral Home. Burial will be in Lakeview Memorial Park.
He was a Chatham County native, a retired salesman for Jones Brothers Bakery and a member of Emmanuel Wesleyan Church.
Surviving are wife, Mrs. Lillie Meadows McMasters; daughter, Mrs. Shirley Hunt of Greensboro, sons, Ken McMasters of Charlotte, Terry McMasters of Greensboro; sister, Mrs. Madge Henderson of Greensboro, brother, the Rev. C. C. McMasters of Kernersville; three grandchildren.
The family will be at the funeral home 7-9 p. m. today, other times at the home of Mrs. Hunt, 1902 W. Cone Blvd.
Memorial may be made to the church.
