Martha L. Tyner Frazier, 86, 733 Pricewood Court, Anderson, died Sept. 12, 2003, at Community Hospital in Anderson. Born Feb. 14, 1917, in Elwood, she was the daughter of Oscar and Chloe (Berry) Newland. After retiring from Delco Remy in 1981, she worked part-time at JL Culpepper Toy Company. She was a member of Jehovah's Witness Kingdom Hall in Elwood. Survivors include a daughter, Melany Williams of Anderson; a son, Fred and wife, Dorothy Tyner of Anderson; grandchildren, Donita and Ken Conyers of Muncie, Jim Scott of Anderson, Todd and Marsha Tyner of Fishers, Anthony and Elizabeth Tyner of Cicero and Theresa and Terry Robertson of Pendleton; great-grandchildren, Matthew and Benjamin Barrett, Kristen, Chloe and Griffin Tyner, Brady and Logan Robertson and Michael and Allison Tyner. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her first husband, Fred Tyner. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 15, at Dunnichay Funeral Home, with Charles Wilburn officiating. Burial will be in Elwood City Cemetery.
