Ronald was born February 28, 1945 in Rayville, LA and passed away Thursday, November 1, 2012 in Bastrop, LA.
Mr. Bruce was an Army veteran serving in the Vietnam War.
He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren especially fishing with his grandson at the VA War Veteran Home. He is preceded in death by his parents, Woodrow and Lottie Bruce.
Survivors include his children, Johnny Newton of Rayville, LA, Rene' Ray of Ponchatoula, LA, Jeffery Bruce of Castle Rock, CO, and Jamie Ferrell of Start, LA; grandchildren, Brittany, J.T., Landrea, Abby Gale, Jacob, Madeline, Ashtyn, Lincoln, Rickey, and Adam; and the mother of his children, Gloria Stanley.
