Daughter of Sumner Udall Stewart and Sarah Jane Paris, Helen graduated from Las Vegas High School in 1940. She married Kenneth Frank Law on April 5, 1942 in Las Vegas, Nevada. After his US Air Force service during WWII, they settled in Lakewood, Colorado in 1950. There, Helen worked as a cook, but eventually earned a teaching degree and spent 32 years with Jefferson County Public Schools. She loved sports, traveling, attending church, and most importantly, being with her family and friends. Her son, Allen (Carla) survives her along with grandsons, Brett and Brian; sister Beverly (Dick) Hope; and many nieces and nephews.
