Luckey Funeral to
Be Held Thursday
Columbus Junction
The funeral services of Ernest Luckey, who died at Hershey hospital, Muscatine, Tuesday afternoon, will be held here at 2 o'clock on Thursday afternoon. Burial will be in the Indian Creek cemetery.
Mr. Luckey was born in Washington county Sept. 4, 1895 [to Joseph and Lenora Woodruff Luckey]. He was united in marriage to Miss Virgie [Virginia] Orr, who died four years ago. He is survived by the following children: Betty and Wanda at Independence and Maxine, Pauline, Burdette and Claudia at the Soldiers' Orphans' home, Davenport.
Surviving are one brother, Carl, at Riverside and two sisters, Mrs. J. A. [Maud] Greene, Columbus Junction and Mrs. Charles [Margaret] Glaspey, Independence.
