He was born in Charleston, SC, on November 30, 1941 to the late Frank E. Hutson Sr. and Elise Owens Hutson.
Mr. Hutson graduated from James Island High School and was the number one Running Back in the state.
He coached his sons in little league baseball and football. Mousey loved taking care of his family and spending time with them.
Mr. Hutson worked at Sears in the Automotive Department and retired after 35 years service.
He was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy in Moncks Corner, SC and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golf.
Frank is survived by his wife: Marlene Yerby Hutson of Moncks Corner SC; sons: Michael Hutson (Julie) of Ridgeville SC, and Mark Hutson (Wendy) of Moncks Corner SC; grandchildren: Cierra, Baylie, Rebecca, Jake, Macy, Victoria, and Owen; brother: Walter Hutson (Jane), Robert Hutson (Dianne), James (Sandra), Don (Lisa), and Milton; sisters: Diane (Ed) and Miriam (Wally); and his mother: Elise Hutson; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
Funeral services will be at 12:00 PM, August 12, 2012, at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, North Charleston, Reverend Edward Bunch officiating. Interment will follow in Carolina Memorial Park.
