Albert Langholff dies at Countryside Home
Albert Langholff 252 W Riverview Dr Jefferson, died Sept 15th at the countryside home following a lingering illness, he was 83 years old.
He was born to John Langholff and Amelia Lipke Langholff, Dec 14 1892 in the town of Hebron Wisconsin. He married Duella Weber of Johnson Creek on Feb 12 1917 at Johnson Creek. He remained a resident of the Jefferson area throughout his lifetime and was employed at Stoppenbach's Inc. until his retirement in 1958.
He belonged to St John's Ev Lutheran Church and was also a member of the Oakland Conservation Club and the Jefferson Garden Club.
His wife survives him along with a daughter-in-law, Ruth Langholff, Jefferson; two grandson's Terry and Scott Langholff; two great grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs Elsie Becker and Mrs Florence Herried, Jefferson. He was preceded in death by a son Norman, on Jan 17 1976.
Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at the Minshall=Olsen funeral Home with the Rev Richard Lauersdorf officiating. Pallbearers were LaVerne Ebersoh, Gilbert Lenz, Adrian Rauber, William Seefeldt, Sylvester Spangler and Edward Streich.
Burial was in Union Cemetery
