LEHI — James W. Adamson, 67, of 575 E. 900 N., Lehi, died of cancer Tuesday, April 20, 1976 in the American Fork Hospital.

Mr. Adamson was born July 2, 1908 in American Fork to Walter Thomas and Isabell Hutchison Adamson. He married Sene Marie Newman on Oct. 23,1933 in Farmington, Davis County, and she died Jan. 31,1947. He married Pearl Jeffs Beveridge on Sept. 26, 1955 in Elko,Nev.

Mr. Adamson was a member of the LDS Church. He was a maintenance man at the Utah State Training School before retiring.

Survivors include his widow; one son and two daughters, Blaine W. Adamson, Mrs. Tony (Janice) Peck and Mrs. R. Gene (Connie) Powell, all of Lehi; three stepsons and five stepdaughters, Ray Beveridge, Salt Lake City; John Beveridge, American Fork; Ramon Dean, Kaysville; Mrs. William (Florence) Kerr, Pleasant Grove; Mrs. Gary (Louise) Johnson, Mrs. Dewey (Gail) Nielsen and Mrs. S. Rex (Ardell) Zimmerman, all of Lehi, Mrs. Lloyd (Elaine) Andersen, Fresno, Calif.; one brother and two sisters, Stewart H. Adamson and Mrs. Donal (Elayne) Ohran, both of American Fork, and Mrs. LaVell (Ora) Boren, Pleasant Grove.

Funeral services will be Friday at 1 p.m. in the Wing Mortuary Chapel in Lehi, where friends may call Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. or Friday prior to services. Burial will be in Lehi City Cemetery.
