Mary Louise Abell, 89 of Warsaw, Indiana, passed away Sunday, June 24, 2012 at 11:30 PM in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw, Indiana.

Mary was born July 26, 1922 in Warsaw to Lawrence and Naomi (Miner) Yeiter.

A lifetime Warsaw resident, Mary was co-owner, along with her husband, of Abell's TV and Antennas and retired in 1982.

She was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church, Atwood, Indiana. Mary was also a member of Order of Eastern Star in Bourbon, Indiana and of O.N.O. in Etna Green, Indiana. She was a professional quilter and crafter. Mary loved caring for her truck patch garden, cooking and baking and most of all she loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Mary is survived by 2 daughters and a son-in-law: Shirley Walgumuth of Leesburg, Indiana; and Jackie and Gary Harvey of Gold Canyon, Arizona; daughter-in-law: Sue Abell of Centerville, Virginia; brother and sister-in-law: Don and Phyllis Yeiter of Milford, Indiana; 2 sisters and brothers-in-law: Doris and J.L. Ball of Kalamazoo, Indiana; and Carol and Ken Branden of Etna Green; 7 grandchildren and spouses: Tammy Abell, Kimberly Abell, Allison Abell, Jennifer and Steve (Smith) Abell; Angela and Chris Johnson; Jason and Colleen Harvey; and Tracy and Craig Williams; and 13 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by parents: Lawrence and Naomi Yeiter; husband: V. Ray Abell (October 19, 1982); 2 sons: William Abell and Terry Abell; and brother: Lewis Yeiter.

Family and friends will gather to comfort the family by sharing memories and conversation Friday, June 29th from 5-7 PM in Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, Indiana. A service celebrating the life of Mary Louise Abell will take place Saturday, June 30th beginning at 10 AM in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Stony Point Cemetery, Atwood.
