Mrs. Nettie M. Neason, wife of V. J. Neason of Seventeenth street, Juniata, died at Mercy hospital this morning at 1:30 o'clock, after a long illness of a compilation of diseases. She had been a patient at the institution two months. The deceased was a member of Holy rosary Catholic church and is survived by her husband and three young children, Peter, Freddie and Eugene; four brothers, Harry and Samuel Moffit, of this city, and Charles and Calvin, of Bellwood, and two sisters, Mrs. Edna Gillon [sic-Gilliland] and Miss Mary Moffit, of Huntingdon county. She was aged 48 years on August 13, and was married thirteen years ago.

The remains of Mrs. Nettie M. Neason, who died at the Mercy hospital were taken to the home of her daughter, Mrs. Wm. Barry, corner of Seventh avenue and seventeenth street, East Juniata and the funeral will take place Monday morning at 9 o'clock in the Holy Rosary Catholic church, Juniata. Interment in Calvary cemetery.

In addition to her children by her second husband Vitus J Neason; Annetta "Nettie" Moffitt had two children by her first husband, Lawrence Stauffer: Willard Leroy Stauffer and Sylvia Viola Stauffer (Mrs. William) Berry.
