Funeral services for a longtime area resident, Otto L. Black, 89, will be held Friday at 2 P.M. at the First United Methodist Church, Wayne. The Rev. Robert Swanson will officiate. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
The body will lie in state at Hiscox Funeral Home from 3 to 9 P.M. Thursday.
Mr. Black died early Tuesday Morning at Wayne Hospital.
