Funeral services for Hazel B. Steed, 94, widow of former U.S. Rep. Tom Steed, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Shawnee.
Burial will be at Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery in Shawnee. She died Tuesday in Austin, Texas.
Tom Steed, a Shawnee Democrat, served Oklahoma's 4th Congressional District for 32 years. He was elected in 1948 and chose not to seek re-election in 1980. He died in 1983.
