Abbey was born 1818 in Hall Co., GA and is listed as age under 10 on the census for 1820. She lived in Hall County until about 1835 when the family moved to Paulding Co., GA. Abbey lost her mother shortly after this move.
Abbey & my GG-Grandfather, Hardy Box, were married on July 31, 1838 in Paulding Co., GA. Their children were Reuben, William, Dennis, & possible daughter Sarah.
She died before February 20, 1848 as Hardy married his 2nd wife, Hester Ann King (my GG-Grandmother) on that date in Butler Co., MO. I'm unsure whether Abbey died in Paulding Co., GA, Butler Co., MO or somewhere in between.
