Lorraine was born in Wood Lake, Nebraska, on July 30, 1928. She was the oldest daughter of Clyde C. Roan and Maude May Hull. She married Robert G. Sandstrom in 1946. She could not resist his gorgeous red hair. This marriage lasted for over fifty years until Bob passed away in August of 2001. The couple moved to Chadron, Nebraska, in 1948 and this was where they stayed for the rest of both their lives. They had four children: Terry, Lorna, Zac and Rob. They provided the following Grand Kids: Nicole, Nicole, Jeremy, Wittni, Dusty, Genevieve, Angelita, Shannon, Shane, Mike, Zach and Maddie. Who provided the following Great Grand Kids: Kayla, Lillie, Devon, Derek, Jayce, Makynna, Quincey, Jake, Sequoia, Cecilia, Ethan, Kaleb, Raine, Ashton, Isabella, Nicco and Max. She gave part of her heart to everyone until she had none left for herself. She has gone to join Bob, Clydean, Tracey, Maude, Clyde, Lucy, Charlie, Billy, Edna and Mary. Heaven has gained a great lady who will worry for everyone and Earth has lost one of its greatest treasures. She will be missed. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery.
