Services for George N. Adams, 50, of 67400 Fir Road, who died at 9:06 a.m. Friday in Community Hospital of Bremen of an apparent heart attack, were held at 11 a.m. Monday in St. Paul Lutheran Church, Woodland. Burial was in Bremen Cemetery. Mishler Funeral Home was in charge of the service. Memorial contributions may be made to George Adams Memorial for Ashley Schafer.

Mr. Adams was employed at South Bend Lathe as a general laborer for 25 years. He was born Feb. 20, 1943, in Nappanee and was a lifelong resident of Madison Twp. On Dec. 31, 1961, in Woodland, he married Carol Moser. She survives with a daughter, Brenda Schafer of Bremen two sons, Brian and Kevin, both of Bremen three grandchildren two sisters, Goldie Weldy of Bremen and Forretta Vandivers of Milford three half sisters, Debra Gaines and Laurie Adams, both of Bremen, and Lisa Adams of South Bend two stepsisters, Bonny Roe and Kathy Ormanavich, both of Kalamazoo a half brother, Mike Adams of Bremen and his mother, Clara Moneyheffer of Nappanee. He was a member of the church.
