Bremen - Lulu Jean Weldy, 49, of 903 N Center St, died at 6:20 am today in Community Hospital of Bremen after an illness.


She was born June 26, 1939, in Nappanee and was a lifetime area resident On Dec 22, 1956, in Nappanee, She married Arvin Weldy.



He survives with four daughters, Anna Marie Weldy, Rhonda Miller, Linda Sumpter and Rita Fern Weldy, all of Bremen; a son, Victor Lee, also of Bremen; seven grandchildren; two sisters, Goldia Weldy and Forretta McMannis, both of Bremen; five stepsisters, Deb Gaines and Laurie Adams, both of Bremen; Lisa Adams of Nappanee and Bonny Roe and Kathy Ormanavich, both of Kalamazoo; two brothers, George Adams of Wyatt and Forrest Adams Jr of Bremen; a stepbrother, Mike Adams of Bremen; her mother, Clara Moneyheffer of Nappanee; and her father, Forrest A Adams Sr, also of Nappanee.


Services will be at 10:30 am Wednesday in Mishler Funeral Home.


Burial will be in Bremen Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-9 pm Tuesday in the funeral home.
