* Josie Villa Albers was my Great Aunt who passed away before I was born but my Mother, Stella Albers Gray, loved her Aunt Josie dearly. She was one of the younger sisters of Susie Villa Albers. Mom always said that Aunt Josie was the fun one in the family.
* She used to go places with the kids and she was full of energy. She made everybody laugh and had a great fondness for the offshore gambling boats that were in California back in those days.
* Here's an interesting fact: Susie Villa Albers married Val Albers and her sister, Josie Villa Albers married Val's brother, Philip Albers. 2 brothers married 2 sisters... I remember Uncle Phil. I was just a boy but he lived to be an elderly man. Up until the day he passed away he always said that he missed and longed for his Beloved Josie. May their souls be intertwined in Heaven forever!
* God Rest your Sweet Soul Aunt Josie *
