He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel Benson Bratcher and Inez (Fields) Bratcher, wife, Mary Ellen (Vaughn) Bratcher, brothers, Elbert Bratcher, Howard Bratcher, Samuel Bratcher, Jr., Hubert Lowe, Henry Lowe and Wendell Lowe, sisters, Bertha Murphy, Mae Wilson and Margie Murphy.
