Obituary in unknown newspaper: Mrs. James C. Buck (Velma Vonnelle) Buck, 84 396 Old Evans Road, Martinez, died Friday in a Richmond County Hospital. The funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at Platt's Funeral Home with the Rev. William F. Harrell officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Mrs. Buck was a native of Orangeburg, Sc, but lived in Martinez most of her life. She was a member if Abilene Baptist Church and a homemaker. Survivors include one son, of Atwater,Calf, and four sister, Jessie Hillman. Ann Perkins and Helen green, Augusta and Frances S. Anderson, Florida Pallbears will be Kenneth Platson, John Platson, Harold Duling, Sam Jones, Jay Johnson, William Spires and Fletcher Langley. Friends may call at the residence or funeral home.
