Sammy K Anderson 52 of 319 Berry St. Newberry died Saturday September 182010 at the Newberry County Memorial Hospital. Mr. Anderson was born on July 28 1958 in Whiteville NC to the late Clyde R. and Elaine Carter Anderson. He was a Supervisor with Metal Masters Inc. and was a member of Enoree Baptist Church. He is survived by a daughter Kim Sha Anderson of Newberry; a son and daughter-in-law Troy and Keisha Anderson of Prosperity; a sister Robin Smith of Tennessee; 3 brothers Danny Anderson of Newberry and Randy Clyde (Wanda) Anderson and Gary Dean Anderson all of Pomaria; and grandchildren Lukas Anderson Maggie Anderson Jayson Anderson and DeAndre James Cromer. Funeral services were conducted at 2:00 PM Wednesday at Enoree Baptist Church 14080 U.S. Highway 176 Newberry by the Rev. Terry Green and the Rev. George Leagan. Interment was in the church cemetery. Visitation was from 6:00 to 7:00 Pm Tuesday at the Whitaker Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Enoree Baptist Church 5101 Jollystreet Road Newberry SC 29108.
