---John Salisbury died at his home in north Elmer Thursday, January 31, after an illness of twelve days. He was about sixty-five. His wife was buried January 19. He took seriously ill the next day with influenza and for four days preceding his death he was sleeping and was sleeping when death came.
---Funeral and burial services were held at the Biswell cemetery Feb. 1.
