Services will be at 11 a.m. today in Fairlanes Baptist Church with the Rev. Paul Burwash, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in Westlawn Memorial Park. Arrangements are by Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Mrs. Patak served in the Navy during the Korean War in the hospital corps. She married Robert Patak on March 6, 1954, in New York.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Tony Patak of Bartlesville, Okla.; a daughter, Kem Mullens of Fritch; a brother, Bill Hanna of Wichita, Kan., six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
