BORGER — Robert "Bob" Patak, 78, of Borger died Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2011, in Amarillo.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Fairlanes Baptist Church with the Rev. Paul Burwash officiating. Burial will follow in the Field of Honor at Westlawn Memorial Park. Arrangements are by Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Mr. Patak was born Aug. 25, 1933, to Charles and Rose Patak in College Point, N.Y. He married Barbara Hanna on March 6, 1954, in College Point.
Survivors include a son, Tony Patak of Bartlesville, Okla.; a daughter, Kem Mullens of Fritch; a brother, Francis Patak of Indian Land, S.C.; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to Multiple Sclerosis Society National Panhandle Chapter, 6222 Canyon Drive, Amarillo, TX 79109; or American Heart Association, P.O. Box 3238, Borger, TX 79007.
