Hingham Woman Is Buried at Havre
Havre, Dec. 8--Last rites for Mrs. Christena Wolff Christensen were held at the Catholic church in Hingham, with the Rev. Fr. Werner officiating. High requiem mass was sung by the Hingham choir.
Pallbearers were old friends of the Christensen family, John Fisher, Nat Gillette, Charles Hale, Vince Sedivy, R . G . Schatz and William Horinek. Interment was in Highland cemetery at Havre.
Born April 21, 1875, at Stillwater, Minn., Mrs. Christensen was the daughter of Jacob and Julia (Jocamet) Wolff. When she was five years old, she went with her parents to Ramona, S. D., and lived there until she took up a homestead at Gildford in 1910. She married Chris Christensen Jan. 21, 1912, at Orofino, Idaho.
She is survived by her husband; two daughters, Mrs. George Bouland and Vivian Christensen; two sisters, Mrs. Julia Whitting, Elm City, Minn., and Mrs. Clara de Gonda, Sleepy Eye, Minn.; and three brothers, Leo of Gildford, Lewis of Enning, S. D., and Edward of St. Paul. One sister preceded her in death.
