Suzanne Peake, 17, died of Cystic Fibrosis at Hahnemann Hospital in Philadephia. Suzanne was a senior at Nether Providence High School and lived in Delaware County all her life. She is survived by her mother, and her brother of Orange, CA.

She was a special patient of mine at Hahnemann. Her sweet disposition and long red hair were both beautiful. We always hugged before I went off duty. I gave her "smiley face" stickers to put around her bed. I will never forget her bravery.

"Just yesterday morning, they let me know you were gone.
Suzanne, the plans He made put an end to you.
I walked out this morning and I wrote down this song.
I just can't remember who to send it to.
I've seen fire and I've seen rain.
I've seen sunny days that I thought would never end.
I've seen lonely times when I could not find a friend.
But, I always thought that I'd see you again."

Dearly loved and sadly missed by the class of '78.
