Miss Susie Ashbrook Dies at St. Joseph
Miss Susie J. Ashbrook, 76, Skidmore, died at 8:45 a.m. today at a hospital in St. Joseph after a brief illness. She had been a patient at the hospital two days.
Miss Ashbrook was born Feb. 5, 1881, at Little River, Kas., the daughter of the late George C. and Malinda Catherine Wood Ashbrook.
Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Ray Strickler, Skidmore; a brother, John Ashbrook, Camas, Wash., four nieces and a nephew.
