About 1769 the farm family relocated from Hagerstown, Washington County, Maryland to Hempfield Township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.
His "Will" was dated 1824 and can be found in the Will index, Vol 2, page 120. It was signed in Greesburg, Westmoreland Co., PA. He died on 20 Dec 1824 in North Hempfield, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.
