November 28, 1946 Helen married her husband Edward. In 1959 after starting their family, they moved to Warren. Helen was a long-time employee of Macomb Community College, where she worked in the registration department. In previous years Helen had worked on the election board at the polls for the city of Warren. She was a member of St. Sylvester Catholic Church and also of the Christian Mothers.
Helen loved to cook and especially spend time with her grandchildren.
Helen is survived by her children, Nancy Jacewicz, Paul, Dennis (Jeanette), and Ken (Connie); grandchildren, Bryan (Becky), Ryan (Liz), Rachel, Adam, Lauren, Kyle, Paige, Brett and Ryan; and great granddaughter, Abby. She is predeceased by her husband, Edward; and son-in-law, Derrick Jacewicz.
Visitation Sunday 2-9 pm with a 6:00 pm scripture service at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover at Common (12 1/2 Mile). She will be in state Monday 11:30 am with a 12:00 noon Mass at St. Sylvester Catholic Church. Interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery.
