Ralph Dean, one of the twin sons of Ellis Ratts, residing west of Casey in Cumberland County, died Wednesday of this week, aged five months and five days. Death followed a severe attack of whooping cough which developed into acute pneumonia. The funeral services were held Thursday of this week, and interment in Mount Zion "Nebo" Cemetery.
