ABELL, JAMES KENNETH "KENNY," 71, of Hutchinson Island, FL, passed away at the Harper House in Stuart, FL, Friday February 11, 2011 with his family by his side. He was a native of Lebanon, KY, Catholic by faith, a member of St. Anastasias in Ft. Pierce, FL, and retired from Ford Motor Company after 34 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Carol Leake Abell; children, Robbie Abell (Amy), of Palm City, FL, Jeffrey Abell (Ivana), Marsha Riggle (Mark) and Lisa Curtsinger (Dale); sister, Vivian Osborne (Felix); brother, Bob Abell (Jeanie); eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. His funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Tuesday February 15, 2011 at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church with burial in Calvary Cemetery to follow. Visitation will be 1-7 p.m. Monday February 14, 2011 at Pearson Ratterman Brothers Funeral Home, 12900 Shelbyville Road. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Cancer Society , St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church or St. Anastasias in Ft. Pierce, FL. in lieu of flowers.
