LaDonna Lynn Burk, a longtime Oilton resident, passed away on Friday, February 4, 2011 in the St. John Medical Center, Tulsa, OK at the age of 45 years.
The daughter of Raymond Youtsey and Carol (Ross) Youtsey, LaDonna was born on June 12, 1965 in Cleveland, OK. She was reared and educated in Cleveland, graduating with the class of 1983.
LaDonna was united in marriage to John Wesley Burk on August 19, 1983 in Oilton, OK and to this union two children were born. LaDonna and John made their home in Oilton where they raised their children and she worked for the Oilton Public Schools as a teacher's Aide. In her spare time she loved to collect ducks, watch comedy movies, and read. But her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband of the home; one son and his wife; one daughter; father and his wife; two brothers; sister-in-law; two grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
LaDonna was preceded in death by her mother, Carol Youtsey and one brother, Brian Keith Youtsey.
Funeral services have been entrusted to the care of the Palmer Marler Funeral Home in Oilton and will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 8, 2011 in the Silver City Freewill Baptist Church, Silver City, Oklahoma. Burial will follow in the Terlton Cemetery, Terlton, OK.
