A concrete construction worker, he was born Dec. 14, 1959, in Clark County, a son of Rose and Bill Capps of Caldwell County.
Survivors include two sons, David Capps of Hopkins County and Christopher Capps of Caldwell County; a daughter, Jessica Capps of Hopkins County; two granddaughters, Rianynn Capps and Darian Pendley; and two sisters, Rita Bryan of Cincinnati, Ohio, and La Donna Rahn of Ft. Smith, Ark.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, May 26, at 1 p.m. at Morgan's Funeral Home in Princeton.
The Rev. Duane Burden will officiate the service for Mr. Capps.
Burial will follow in Cross Roads Cemetery.
