Anna Ackerman services set

Casper - Services for Anna L. Ackerman, 77, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Bustard Funeral Home, with the Rev. Lee Fox of Community Baptist Church of Glenrock officiating.

Mrs. Ackerman died Thursday at Natrona County Memorial Hospital following a brief illness.

She was born Feb. 28, 1902 at Richmond, Mo. When she was five years old, the family moved to Ord, Neb., where she was reared and schooled.

On Feb. 28, 1923, she married Howard D. Ackerman at Ord, and in 1929 they moved to Midwest and to Casper in 1938. Her husband died in 1953.

Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by seven brothers, one sister, and one child, Marilouise Gray.

Survivors include one son, Howard J., Glenrock; one daughter, Martha Ann Greenlund, Anchorage, Alaska; two sisters, Rose Rorabeck, Mt. View, and Martha Chilewski, Comstock, Neb.; 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.
