Michael Creech

Michael Owen Creech, 51 of Stanford, KY passed away Tuesday September 21, 2010 at his home.

He was a native of Cumberland, KY and a 1978 graduate of Cumberland High School, a member of Fields Lodge 832 and believed in the Baptist faith.

After graduating from Cumberland High School Mike went on to nursing school at South East Community College and then went on to serve on many law enforcement teams for 17 years. He also loved hunting and deep sea diving

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles and Louise Hillman, and Roy O. and Martha Creech, his aunts Barbara Ann Kelly, and Carolyn O-Leary.

He is survived by his parents Owen and Sue Hillman Creech, his daughter Christina Diane Creech, and fiancé Carlie Toutant, one brother Jeffery Allen Creech and wife Nina of Lawrenceburg, KY, one sister Martha Blansette and husband Kevin of Louisville, KY. a step-son and his wife and two granddaughters, two nephews Stanley Allen Creech, and Nate Blansette his niece Holly Blansette, his great niece Courtnee Creech and a host of aunts and uncles and friends.

Visitation will be held Saturday in the chapel of Tri City Funeral Home from 6-9 pm with Masonic Rites to be held at 7:00 PM. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 11 am with Rev. Wade Martin Hughes officiating. Burial will be held at the Peaceful Acres Cemetery in Cumberland.Stanley Creech, JC Hall, Larry Tippett, John W. Kelly, Kevin Blansette, and Tim Hughes will serve as pallbearers.
