Jeffrey Alan Creech

Jeffrey Alan Creech, 53, passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington. He is the husband of Nina Hughes Creech.

He worked as a coal miner with Jericoal Mining, Inc. in Holmes Mill, KY. A member of the West Frankfort Church of God where he served as former Youth Pastor and Director and held the same position at L-burg Church of God. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.

He is survived by his wife of 36 years Nina Hughes Creech; a son Stanley Alan (Destiny) Creech of Lawrenceburg; a granddaughter, Courtnee Creech; a sister Martha Creech (Kevin) Blansette of Louisville; and a host of friends and relatives. He was preceded in death by a brother, Michael O. Creech.

Funeral services will be 12:30 Saturday, Feb. 22nd at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home with Bro. Wade M. Hughes and Bro. Wade Martin Hughes officiating. Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 – 8 Friday.
