Born in Manheim Township, York County, he was the son of the late Franklin C. and Daisy (Nace) Albright.
He was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Hanover. A veteran of World War II, he served in Germany with the U.S. Army. He retired in 1976 as custodian at the Heidelberg Elementary School in the Spring Grove School District.
He was the husband of Grace(Brenneman) Croft Albright, and the late Dorothy Myers Albright. He is also survived by two stepchildren Sylvia M. Hartlaub, Benderswille-Wenksville Road Aspers, and Priscilla L. Wright, York St., Hanover; eight step grandchildren; two step great grandchildren; two brothers, Stewart R. Albright, Nasville, Spring Grove and Albert P. Albright, Glen ROck; four sisters, Florence Blouse, Hanvoer; Vergie Waltmyer, Codorus; Dorothy Smith Seven Valleys and Minnie Shearer, Codorus; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Wetzel Funeral Home, Hanover with the Rev. Carroll C. Luckenbaugh officiating. Interment will be at Rest Haven Cemetery.
