William J. Reffe, 90, died yesterday in Byron Health Center. The Adams County native retired in 1965 as a machinist for General Electric Co. after 23 years. Surviving are his wife, O. Lucille; a son, W. Roger of Roanoke; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Services are 1 p.m. tomorrow in D.O. McComb & Sons Foster Park Funeral Home, 6301 Fairfield Ave., where calling is 6 to 9 p.m. today. Graveside services are 2:30 p.m. tomorrow at Greenwood Cemetery, Linn Grove.
