She loved children and enjoyed babysitting for several area families over the years. Mrs. Reffe was preceded in death by her husband, William J. Reffe, in 1991. Survivors include her son, W. Roger (Carolyn) Reffe of Roanoke; grandchildren, Ken (Linda) Reffe, Dorinda Moreau and Adonica Reffe, all of Fort Wayne, Peter (Rebekah) Reffe of Troy, N.Y.; and five great-grandchildren. Funeral service is 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral homes, Wayne Street Chapel, 420 W. Wayne St. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery, Linn Grove.
