Very famous and known for her work in the DAUGHTERS OF THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION CHAPTER in Marquette MI.Where she held the title of Regent. Her member number was 1222183, she also enrolled her daughter Blanche Williams in the D.A.R.
Florence was a school teacher for over 30 years,Red Cross volunteer.
She researched/ proved the Benjamin Leonard lineage with Martha Adalade Niles, wife of Clarence Niles here on find a grave, Alice Kieffer, Walter Leonard, Glen Vielt, & On papers dated and certified 1916.That was no easy task.Before their was computers, microfilm, you did it all by writing letters, and traveling.
