MRS. BELLE MULLIKIN (11-12-1892 / 2-28-1965) Published 3-1-1965 Mrs. Belle Mullikin, 72, of Star City died Sunday at Jefferson Hospital. Mrs. Mullikin, was born in Lincoln County. She was the daughter of the late Will and Ellen Brookshire Monk. She received her education in the Lincoln County schools. She was a member of the Lone Grove Baptist Church. Surviving are three sons, Buck Mullikin, Jake Mullikin and Guss Mullikin, all of Star City; three daughters, Mrs. Charlie Newman of Star City, Mrs. Lewis Hall and Mrs. Dennis Scifres, both of Pine Bluff; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Charles Riley of Pine Bluff; a stepson, R.K. Mullikin, Jr. of Pine Bluff; a brother, Lawrence Monk of Gould; two sisters, Mrs. Clarence Johnson of Pine Bluff and Mrs. Emma Pickens of Star City; a half brother, Cleveland Monk of Louisana; two half sisters, Mrs. Lula Gray and Mrs. Nellie Calhoun, both of Louisana; 11 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral services wre at 2 p.m. today at the Lone Grove Baptist Church by Reverend Frank Glover and Reverend Ronald Wales. Burial was in Hefllin Cemetery by South Funeral Home.
