MORTUARY
BAILEY - Mrs. W. E. Bailey, 49, of 1505 St. Emanuel, died at 12:15 a.m. Friday at a local hospital. She had been a resident of Houston for the last 17 years and was a member of the Pythian Sisters, Temple No. 9, of Houston. She is survived by her husband, W. E. Bailey; one daughter, Mrs. L. H. Pavlovich, both of Houston; two brothers, J. O. and W. A. Sims, both of Orange.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Fogle-West Chapel. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Daughter of James Oscar Sims, Sr. and Margaret Jane "Jennie" Ochiltree. She married Walter E. Bailey in Orange, Texas on October 23, 1907.
