THOMAS BOOTHMAN
MR. THOMAS (TOM) ALLAN BOOTHMAN of Moose Jaw, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 13, 2001 at the age of 65 years. He was born November 30, 1935 in Briercrest. In 1966, Tom went to work for the PFRA, employed in Moose Jaw and Swift Current. He took early retirement in 1991 and ran his own business, TAB Enterprises until 1999. Tom's memory will live on in the beautiful carpentry work he crafted with pride. Predeceased by his parents Frank and Dorothy; his five brothers: Jack, Brian, Ted, Jim and Larry; three sisters: Daisy, Ruby and Hazel and brother-in-law, Clarence Horsnall. Tom will be forever missed by his wife, Donna of Moose Jaw; two daughters: Tami (Ivan) of Moose Jaw and Lori of Moose Jaw, son, Greg of Regina and his three grandchildren, Chris and Stephanie Calfas and London Boothman. Tom will be lovingly remembered by his sisters: Wilda of Moose Jaw and Doreen (Ray) of British Columbia; sisters-in-law, Shirley, Lil and Lois all of Moose Jaw, Bernice of Regina and Marlene Horsnall of Cranbrook; brothers-in-law: Ron (Sally) Horsnall and Wayne (Doreen) Horsnall as well as numerous nieces and nephews. The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, October 17, 2001 at 1:30 p.m. at the W. J. Jones & Son Funeral Chapel, 106 Athabasca St. E., Moose Jaw. Pastor Doug Shepherd will officiate. Interment will follow at Sunset Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be held Tuesday evening (Oct. 16) 7-9 p.m. at the Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Saskatchewan Heart & Stroke Foundation, Box 521, Moose Jaw, Sask., S6H 4P2 or to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, Saskatchewan Division, 150 Albert Street, Regina, Sask., S4R 2N2. In living memory of Tom, a tree will be planted in Wakamow Valley by W. J. Jones & Son Funeral Home.
