Mrs. Fred Barnes, aged 64, of Wyoming, passed away Wednesday, September 6, 1989. She was a member of Rockford Baptist Church. Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Janet Barnes of Kentwood; a granddaughter, Lauren; a brother, Avery and his wife Dolly Flynn of Kentwood; two sisters, Shirley and her husband Marion Delong of Hudsonville, Ernestine and her husband Jack Frontjes of Wyoming; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in the Ronan-Vanderpool-Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 3131 S. Division, with the Rev. Donald Jones officiating. Interment North Ensley Cemetery at 12:30 p.m. Visitation at the chapel Friday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. For those who desire, contributions to the Cancer Society would be appreciated.
