Graveside services for Mrs. Parker Gideon were held at the Oak Grove cemetery. Mrs. Gideon died of double pneumonia in Dallas. Services were officiated by Rev. J.D. Thorn, pastor of the First Baptist Church in Graham. Mrs. Gideon was a faithful member of the Baptist Church.
Survived by her husband; one daughter - Peggy Gideon; one son - Howard Wayne Gideon; five brothers - Dan, Horance, Sam, Ben and Will Orr.
