Prior to his death, he married Lydia Howard In Wilkinson County, Georgia.∼He is listed as a Revolutionary War Captain of Virginia Battalion.
In his will, Children: Rose, Elizabeth, Ann, Judith, Mary, Bethethland, Lucy, Sons; Richard, Charles & Benjamin, Richard's Daughter's Jean, Mary, Judy.
